Youth Programs

Registration begins Monday April 17

Looking for something different to keep active?  Prefer to be outside?

We’re looking for youth — aged 11 – 18 — who are interested in giving rowing a try.

Rowing is a challenging and fun team-building sport that works all major muscle groups.  Rowing does not involve any body contact or jarring of the joints.  It’s excellent for improving strength and cardiovascular performance … ideal for cross-training.
